Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall be applied for services offered and delivered by Wild Blueberry (hereinafter referred to as the “WB”) in all areas where the services are delivered.
Services and Prices
The prices and the services offered and to be delivered by WB under these Terms & Conditions are set out in the descriptions for service. The given prices include VAT according to the taxation laws and regulations of Finland. All rates will be increased equivalently if the rate of VAT is amended or if any new tax or tax-like charge will come into force related to services agreed.
Reservation which has been made is considered as confirmed upon e-mail of confirmation sent by WB. Payment options will be presented in our webstore, or in case of reservations made on the spot or otherwise, during the booking process. Reservations can be made by adults (persons older than 18 years) only.
More than 7 days prior to the arrival cancellation fee 50,00 euros.
7-1 days prior to the arrival or no show 100% of the total amount.

All changes or alterations to be made to the reservation shall be made in writing within office hours in Finland by e-mail adress firstname.lastname@example.org. The requested changes are subject to the written (e.g. e-mail) approval of WB.
Language used for guiding and during all services is English if not otherwise stated or agreed.
WB shall exercise pro-activity, due diligence and appropriate health and safety measures in accordance with the laws and regulations of Finland and Finnish standards of recommended practices of program services at all times when delivering offered services under these terms and conditions.
WB has a General Third Party Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage caused by negligence of WB according to the terms and conditions of Insurance Company Turva.
Liability of Customer
Customer has to observe all written and/or oral instructions given by WB concerning the services in question. In addition of these intructions a customer has for his/her part to exercise carefulness, caution and pro-activitiness during the services in question.
WB highly recommend that our clients obtain a travel insurance to cover any contingencies and accidents, because WB is not liable for any accidential damage or injury (no negligence of WB), although it happens during the delivery of the services and WB has no obligation to accept cancellations without cancellation fees.
WB may only be held liable for personal injuries or material damage arising from accidents that have happened during the delivery of the offered services and which are caused by negligence of the WB or its employees or sub-contractors or by the provision of faulty equipment.
During services the participants may be exposed to different kinds of physical strain. In case the consumer is having any illnesses or disabilities (for instance heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect his/her ability to take part in the services, or if she is pregnant, she/he should prior to participating any services consult medical experts about her/his ability to participate in the service in question. Should the consumer have an illnesses or disability of this nature, he/she acknowledges that he/she participates in the service at his/her own risk.
Neither party shall be held liable for any default, damage or loss due to a condition force majeure or unreasonable impairment of the party’ services due to a similar cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strike, lockout, impossible or unsafe weather conditons to perform services, lack of snow, or other natural condition etc.
Disputes and Complaints
In case of any dispute or complaint, WB must be notified immediately and without delay, and in any case notify WB in writing within reasonable time which is agreed to be seven days of departure day. In case of a complaint during an occupancy a customer has an obligation to notify WB so that WB has a right to correct a defect without any compensation. If a customer neglects to notify WB during an occupancy he is not entitled to any compensation.
In a case of negligent act or omission of WB the compensation is in proportion to the act or omission occured.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Finnish Law. The Finnish Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy or claim related to such a demand. The District Court of Lapland shall be the court of first instance.
If any part, term or provision of these terms and conditions is partly or wholly held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of other provisions, extent part and remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to change terms and conditions. Customer needs to reed the valid terms and conditions and accept them before making the reservation.
